One-to-One Coach Support

Our 1-on-1 coaching focuses on the practicalities of being a Manager/Head Coach/Coach of sports teams, supporting you to maximise your own potential through a tailored approach to your development.

Below we have highlighted four core areas we support Managers, Head Coaches and Coaches in terms of their development. It is not a one size fits all approach, our 1:1 support is developed to enhance your current strengths, sharpen your focus and develop your work-ons and bring them to the fore.

Currently we work with coaches in:

One-to-One Support will occur with our Lead Coach Stephen Maxwell.

Stephen has spent twenty years working in sport, from Coach to Head Coach & Manager to Sports Administration, across amateur and elite professional sport. Through our focused one-to-one coaching you will have the opportunity to learn from his experiences, as well as learn through best practice and evidence based research in Leadership and Coaching.

Stephen holds a Master of Science in Applied Sports Coaching, his research focused on Self-Care in Coaching, exploring how sustainable performance begins with looking after people, graduating with a First Class Honours.

Currently, he serves as Coach & Match Official Education Manager with Cricket Ireland, where he is driving innovation in coach and official development. His work centres on designing blended learning experiences that empower coaches, match officials, and coach developers to grow in an evolving sports landscape.

Previously, he had the privilege of coaching the Dublin Senior Team, All-Ireland Champions 2023, an experience that deepened his belief in the power of culture, collaboration, and continual improvement.
