Our 1-on-1 coaching focuses on the practicalities of being a Manager/Head Coach/Coach of sports teams, supporting you to maximise your own potential through a tailored approach to your development.
Below we have highlighted four core areas we support Managers, Head Coaches and Coaches in terms of their development. It is not a one size fits all approach, our 1:1 support is developed to enhance your current strengths, sharpen your focus and develop your work-ons and bring them to the fore.

One-to-One Support will occur with our Lead Coach Stephen Maxwell.
Stephen has spent twenty years working in sport, from Coach to Head Coach & Manager to Sports Administration, across amateur and elite professional sport. Through our focused one-to-one coaching you will have the opportunity to learn from his experiences, as well as learn through best practice and evidence based research in Leadership and Coaching.
Stephen holds a Master of Science in Applied Sports Coaching, his research focused on Self-Care in Coaching, exploring how sustainable performance begins with looking after people, graduating with a First Class Honours.
Currently, he serves as Coach & Match Official Education Manager with Cricket Ireland, where he is driving innovation in coach and official development. His work centres on designing blended learning experiences that empower coaches, match officials, and coach developers to grow in an evolving sports landscape.
Previously, he had the privilege of coaching the Dublin Senior Team, All-Ireland Champions 2023, an experience that deepened his belief in the power of culture, collaboration, and continual improvement.

We will begin by setting up an initial zoom call over maximum 30 minutes to work out where you want us to focus on your developments areas.

Developing people is unique to each person, so your development will be focused on key areas you want to focus on.
The commitment will be based on how we can develop you in those focus areas.
We will commit to at least 1 hour per week of time committed to your development and constant dialogue via WhatsApp.
The more you engage, the smoother your development.

Each area of development is catered specifically to your needs, therefore, the cost is reflective to the work you wish to commit to on your own personal development.
We will outline costs on the initial call and take your development from there.

As you grow and develop your goals will change accordingly. We will adapt and change alongside you to support your development.
You will receive a designated development plan which will give you the knowledge to implement and grow in your own environment.
Just remember coaching is a mix of Art & Science, there is no right way, we will support you to find the right fit for you and your environment.
